Sunshine, beaches, tans and lots of good food.
It sounds like a holiday but that's what we've been up to as we have started the spring tour of Pirates and Mermaids around the UK. After an unusually sunny Fringe Festival in Edinburgh last August we were pretty sure as a company we had exhausted any good weather fortune we might have. Thankfully we haven't and we have very much enjoyed the lovely folk of Aberystwyth and Arad Goch, a few especially helpful friends that joined us for a City Hall pre show in Dundee and all the brilliant audiences that have joined us on our transatlantic love story.
This week kicks off a two week romp around the Western Isles in Scotland where hopefully the sun will still be shining. If not, we'll probably be on the beach anyway.
